"reached out to Lance and his Dryer Vent Wizard team after purchasing a new dryer, and still having issues with wet clothing. The crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and came prepared with all the tools necessary for both the predicted job, as well as the much larger job it became. Lance was very friendly to work with, and was very honest and clear about the details of the issue and its cause, as well as the repairs needed. Work was done in a timely manner during that same visit, and once finished I was shown the test of the vast improvement from the repair.
