We really appreciate Dryer Vent Wizard coming out and cleaning our dryer vent duct, adding a new transition piece behind our dryer, and running a mph -air flow test as well. The GM, Grant Knowler, was prompt, very thorough, and conscientious about every aspect of his work and cleaning. Grant explained the process very well as he moved through the cleaning and work. We now have a better and stronger transition piece from dryer to the wall outlet and now have much better air flow after the vent and duct cleaning.
Prior to Dryer Vent Wizard's cleaning, we were having to run our dryer twice sometimes to dry a load, now the loads are drying easily with one cycle saving time, money and overall energy cost savings!!
